  • Identity Verification: CNIC numbers and document uploads for talent and client onboarding under Pakistani law.
  • Portfolio Materials: Resumes, images, project briefs, and media files uploaded to the platform.
  • Social Logins: Google, Apple, and Facebook/Instagram authentication tokens and profile details.

B. Device Permissions Requested by App

Our mobile applications may request access to:

  • Camera & Storage: To capture and upload portfolio items, project assets, and CNIC documentation.
  • Location: For local talent-client matching.
  • Push Notifications: For system updates and job notifications.

C. Analytics & Third-Party SDKs

  • Analytics/Diagnostics: Google Analytics and Sentry (crash monitoring).
  • Advertising SDKs: Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and Monetag.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Managing user accounts and matching talent with clients.
  • Authenticating user identities via CNIC to satisfy security and PECA 2016 legal requirements.
  • Monitoring app stability, squashing bugs via Sentry, and delivering ads via AdMob, Meta, and Monetag.

3. Account & Data Deletion Requests

In compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store policies, you can request full deletion of your account and personal data at any time:

  • In-App: Navigate to Account Settings > Delete Account.
  • Email Request: Send an email to hello@eminentstudio.pk with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Data will be purged within 30 days.

4. Children's Privacy

Our services are for individuals aged 13 and older. Any talent portfolio representation involving minors under 13 must be created and managed strictly by a parent or legal guardian.
